World Club Rankings: Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr is ‘WAY AHEAD’ of Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami

The most recent World Club Rankings place Inter Miami of Major League Soccer “way behind” Cristiano Ronaldo’s Saudi Pro League team Al-Nassr.

The 2022 World Cup champion, Lionel Messi, joined the Florida team during the summer transfer window, and he has already helped them win the Leagues Cup.

The Argentine and his Portuguese arch-rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, continue to compete on the grandest platform in international football.

The former captain of Barcelona has won seven Ballon d’Ors previously and is expected to add an eighth this year. On the other hand, Cristiano Ronaldo has won five Ballon d’Ors.

The Latest World Club Rankings

According to the Football Database, the Knights of Najd (Al Nassr) are now the 163rd-best club after moving up 21 spots, while Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami fell 157 spots to take up residence at the 1,538th spot.

Manchester City, the defending European champions, is the top club in the world, followed by Bayern Munich and Real Madrid, who are ranked second and third, respectively.

Napoli, the defending Serie A champions, went up eight spots to take up position four, while Inter Milan, another Italian powerhouse, is in place five.

The remaining ten teams in that order are Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, FC Porto, Liverpool, Arsenal, FC Porto, and FC Porto. Chelsea is in the 74th spot, while Manchester United is in the 17th spot.
