Wilfried Zaha receives a tempting offer to join Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia

March 14, 2023

Crystal Palace star, Wilfried Zaha, could become the latest Premier League footballer to move to the Saudi Pro League as he receives a huge offer to play there.

The attacker is running down his contract at Palace and favours leaving for a bigger European club as a free agent when this season ends.

However, in a twist of interest, a report in the Daily Mail reveals he has now received a tempting offer to quit Selhurst Park for the Middle East.

The report claims Palace is willing to make the Ivorian its highest-ever earner at £200,000 per week. Still, Zaha has received an offer worth around £320,000 per week from Al-Ittihad to join Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia.

Ronaldo’s Al Nassr reportedly also have the winger on their radar, but Al-Ittihad is leading the race, with their offer set to fetch the former Manchester United flop around £9 million.

Apart from the Saudi club’s offer, the report claims AC Milan is also eyeing a swoop for Zaha, who is now one of the most attractive players to sign because he will be a free agent in the summer.

Former Tottenham boss Nuno Espirito Santo is coaching the Saudi club and he knows Zaha very well from his time in the Premier League, where he also managed Wolves.

Al-Ittihad is working hard to be the top club in the country despite Ronaldo playing for their rivals and sees the arrival of Zaha as a move that could add more goals to their games.
