“In that order” Sergio Aguero names the TOP THREE strikers in history

Former Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has named the players he believes are the top three strikers in the history of football and made some interesting claims.

Aguero is one of the greatest strikers we have seen in the game, with the Argentinian scoring 260 competitive goals for Manchester City and 385 times for all the clubs he played for.

He won several trophies at City, where he spent ten seasons and can be considered one of the greatest ever strikers in the world, but when asked who the top three strikers in the history of the game were, he said:

“Top 3 strikers in history? Ronaldo Nazario, Thierry Henry and Luis Suarez. In that order.”

Ronaldo was a phenomenon in the game when he first broke through at PSV before playing for other illustrious clubs like Barcelona, Inter Milan and Real Madrid. The Brazilian scored 352 career goals for his clubs.

Henry scored 366 career goals for Monaco, Juventus, Arsenal, Barcelona, and New York Red Bulls. He remains one of the highest-scoring players in the history of the Premier League.

Suarez is still going strong as he plays for the Brazilian club Gremio after spells at Nacional, Groningen, Ajax, Liverpool, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. He has already bagged 476 career goals for his respective clubs.
