PSG is reportedly eyeing a move for Crystal Palace star Michael Olise to replace Lionel Messi at the end of this season as the Argentian prepares to bid farewell to the French club.
Messi has fallen completely out with PSG fans, and some booed him on his return to the starting XI at the weekend, an act the club condemns.
His problem started when he refused to sign a new deal, and relations with the fans deteriorated when he travelled to Saudi Arabia unauthorised by the club weeks ago.
The attacker has since apologised, but some fans have not forgiven him, and the club is moving to replace the Barcelona legend with a much younger player.
The Daily Mail reveals they like Palace’s Olise and considers his age ideal for their new plan as he is young and would offer them good long-term value.
Olise has been in superb form in the Premier League since he joined Palace from Reading in the Championship and is being eyed by some top clubs in England.
He plays for the France U21 national team and might be open to the idea of playing for one of the biggest clubs in his home country.
Meanwhile, Barcelona is eager for Lionel Messi to return to Camp Nou and has been in talks with his entourage to see if they can find an agreement with him.
