Former AS Monaco defender Rolland Courbis has weighed in on Kylian Mbappe’s transfer saga as he mocks the star for disrespecting the prestigious French club over his ambition to join Real Madrid.
Kylian Mbappe has submitted the decision for his future to PSG. In a letter provided to the club, the 24-year-old stated that he won’t renew his contract next summer and that this is the last season he will play for the Parisians.
PSG is rumored to be in shock at the decision. Their stand is that Kylian Mbappe will never leave on free and if he doesn’t change his decision, he’ll be sold this summer.
Clubs like Real Madrid and Manchester United are linked to the World Cup winner.

Now a former French star Rolland Courbis has publicly mocked Mbappe over his childish ‘idea’. Courbis claimed that the Frenchman can’t simply play for another year and tell the club to run down his contract.
“You don’t think you’re going to play for a year and say goodbye to us! If that’s your idea, have a reunion with your family,”
He added that Kylian Mbappe’s career with PSG has ended,
“Because you’re not going to play Paris Saint-Germain for a minute anymore!”
Kylian Mbappe is the main man at PSG. He is their main source of goal and losing him could really hurt the project.
According to several reports, there are ongoing discussions between Real Madrid and Paris Saint Germain over a monumental transfer of around €250 million. Kylian Mbappe could also earn €150 million from PSG if they sell him before his contract end. This was a clause in his lucrative deal with the Parisians.
