Khabib Training To Become A Professional Footballer

The Russian superstar and UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov recently retired from MMA and has now jokingly teased a switch into professional football. The star recently posted clips of him playing football and the fans were impressed by his pace. Not only is the UFC star a big football fan, but he plays the game just as good.

In a recent twitter post, the UFC champion said that he was ready for his debut.

“I’m free agent, and ready to accept offers.”

He then posted a link to his Instagram which shows Nurmagomedov out for a long-distance run. Khabib ‘The Eagle’ recently played a few games with Dutch icon Clarence Seedorf, who was his late father Abdulmanap’s favourite player. Both men were playing against Turkish chef Burak Özdemir, aka CZNBurak, in a big eleven-a-side game. Khabib showed off his football skills on the pitch and it is fair to say that he was definitely one of the standout players. A little training, and we might just be able too see the UFC superstar on the football field.

Khabib is well known to be a huge Real Madrid supporter. He has been spotted multiple times at the Santiago Bernabeu, watching Real Madrid games. In addition to that, he has developed a close friendship with five-time Ballon d’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo. Both of them can be seen supporting each other on social media as well as praising one another. Recently, Khabib Nurmagomedov was spotted on a FaceTime call with the Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and his son. Both of them were smiling and having a good conversation.

As both of them are stars in their own worlds, it is clear to see the similarities in their personalities and mannerisms. Khabib and Ronaldo are considered to be not only the fittest athletes in the world, but also one of the most hardworking sensations among their ranks.
