On Saturday in La Liga, Barcelona easily defeated Real Betis 4-0 to maintain their lead in the standings.

Raphinha, Robert Lewandowski, and Andreas Christensen all scored goals, and Guido Rodriguez also scored an own goal.

Player Ratings for Barcelona

Marc-Andre ter Stegen – 7/10

The German goalkeeper did not have to do much during the game. He picked up his 24th league clean sheet of the season.

Jules Kounde – 7.5/10

The French defender was rock solid in defense and also secured an assist for Robert Lewandowski.

Ronald Araujo – 7/10

Ronaldo Araujo showed great leadership abilities and was alert at the back.

Christensen — 8.5

Christensen played for 58 minutes during which time Barcelona held a clean sheet. Furthermore, Christensen’s thunderous header gave Barcelona their first goal of the game.

Alejandro Balde – 6.5/10

Alejandro Balde made some terrific runs, but did not offer a direct threat.

Sergio Busquets – 8/10

The captain of Barcelona returned to the game to demonstrate his value by controlling the midfield and making Barcelona challenging to play through. When necessary, Busquets contributed in the latter third of the game and recorded an assist.

Frenkie de Jong – 6.5/10

The Dutchman did well to control the midfield and made some good runs, but lacked quality in the final ball.

Pedri – 7.5/10

After coming back from injury, Pedri has been perfect in the midfield.

Raphinha – 9/10

The Brazilian winger scored a goal and bagged an assist. He also secured the Man of the match award.

Gavi – 6.5/10

The youngster pressed well and showed great energy, but did not impact the game very much.

Robert Lewandowski – 8.5/10

The Polish striker was outstanding that evening and seems eager to widen his advantage in the Pichici race. Lewandowski made a goal in the first half but squandered several opportunities in the second. Overall, he played well and had another night, he might have had a hat trick.
